Rapid and promising advances in in vivo imaging have highlighted the need for a new generation of specialists trained in biology, chemistry, and fundamental physics, image analysis, and clinical medicine. The emergence and deployment of multimodal imaging is also significantly changing the landscape of medical imaging. Ce stage de 6 mois se déroulera au Service Hospitalier Frédéric Joliot (SHFJ) au sein du groupe « Développement de Radiopharmaceutiques et Agents d’Imagerie » (responsable : B. Kuhnast) de l’UMR BIOMAPS (Directeur : Pr. V. Lebon), situé à Orsay (91400). Le SHFJ est un laboratoire du CEA et un service d’imagerie moléculaire multimodalité préclinique et clinique dédié à l’imagerie radioisotopique, IRM et ultrasonore. Il est équipé de laboratoires de chimie organique, d’un accélérateur de particules pour la fabrication du fluor-18, de laboratoires de radiochimie ainsi que d’imageurs précliniques et cliniques.
